Terms of Service
By using Roce, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any of them, please don't use the site. We wrote them in plain language, without unnecessary legal filler.
1. Acceptance of the terms
By entering and confirming your age on Roce, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're acting on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you're authorized to accept these terms for them as well.
2. Age requirement
Roce includes adult content and is exclusively for people over 18 (or the legal age of majority in your country, if higher). By confirming your age when you enter, you declare, under your own responsibility, that you meet this requirement.
3. What Roce is
Roce is a free couples' game with dice, cards, and other formats, in romantic or spicy mode. It doesn't require sign-up, an account, or payment. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time, without prior notice.
4. Acceptable use
By using Roce, you agree not to: • Post illegal content, content that incites hatred or harassment, or content that involves minors in any way. • Use the site to harm, harass, or impersonate another person. • Attempt to breach the site's security or access data that isn't yours. • Use bots or automated scripts to post fake or mass reviews.
5. Content you post (reviews)
By leaving a review or comment, you give us permission to display it publicly on the site, exactly as you wrote it. You remain responsible for that content — Roce doesn't review every review before it's published, but may hide or remove any review that violates these terms, without needing prior justification.
6. Intellectual property
The Roce name, its logo, design, and the original game content (dares, questions, dynamics) are the property of Roce. Copying, redistributing, or reselling this content without authorization is not allowed.
7. The service is provided "as is"
Roce is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be free of errors, available at all times, or that a game's content will be suitable for every situation or relationship. You use the site at your own discretion and responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Roce will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site, including but not limited to misunderstandings between players, discomfort, or any personal consequence of taking part in the dares proposed by the game. Each person is responsible for deciding what content they're comfortable with.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
10. Suspension of access
We may restrict or block access to the site for anyone who violates these terms, without prior notice.
